Safe Alternatives in Etching, with Rachel Gross, May 2 & 3, 2026, 10 am - 4 pm

In this course we will learn the basics of hard-ground etching using the BIG etching ground, developed as a non-toxic alternative by Andrew Baldwin of Trefeglwys Print Studios. We will also experiment with other intaglio techniques such as drypoint and spray-paint aquatint. This course is open to both beginners and more experienced printmakers.

Workshop Cancellation Policies:

If Two Rivers Printmaking Studio needs to cancel a workshop, all participants will receive a full refund. Decisions about whether to cancel a workshop will be made no later than one week before the workshop date.

If a participant cancels up to one week before the workshop date, credit will be given for a future workshop, less $25 administration fee.

If a participant cancels less than one week before the workshop date, there will be no refund or credit given.
